Paris Saint-Germain star, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has insisted no player will ever be better than his idol Ronaldo de Lima.
The Brazil legend, known as 'El Fenomeno' during his playing career, won 13 titles at club level and two World Cups with Brazil in 1994 and 2002.
Ibrahimovic has faced the likes of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Ronaldinho during his own stellar career to date, but he insists the World Cup record goal-scorer (15) remains the greatest he has ever played against.
"The best opponent of my career? I've played against many, many good players, so I don't know who to keep," he told Sports Illustrated.
"But I would say Ronaldo, 'El Fenomeno'. Why? Because he was my idol and because, as a football player, he was complete.
"There will never, in my view, be a better player than him."
Ronaldo has scored more than 350 goals in just over 500 professional games during a career badly affected by injury problems.
He retired from football in 2011 and now works for Brazil's World Cup Local Organisation Committee.
