Portugal take on Hungary in their first Euro 2020 match on Tuesday evening, and Ronaldo is likely to start and therefore become the player who has featured in the most Euro tournaments.
The 36-year-old is tied with 17 other footballers on four Euro finals appearances, but is now close to playing in the tournament for a record-breaking fifth time.
Ahead of the Euro 2016 champions' match, a smiling Ronaldo was seen looking relaxed in training as he played around with a ball and took part in a series of different drills with his teammates.
