UEFA Nations League Wrap: Sergio Ramos Misses Two Penalties As Spain Drop Points

Germany 3-1 Ukraine

Germany moved top of Group 4 after thrashing Ukraine 3-1 on Saturday night.

It was the visitors who got off to a good start when Roman Yaremchuk broke the deadlock on 12 minutes, but the Germans hit back through Leroy Sane and Timo Werner before the halftime break.

Werner wrapped up the victory for the hosts with his second goal on the night after 64 minutes, as Joachim Low's troops move top heading into the final round of group matches.

Switzerland 1-1 Spain

Spain dropped to second spot in Group 4 after a surprise 1-1 draw with Switzerland on Saturday night.

Remo Freuler gifted the home side the lead in the 26th minute after being set-up by Bree Embolo.

Sergio Ramos had a chance to restore parity from the penalty spot on 57 minutes, but the strike was saved by Yann Sommer

However, the Swiss goalkeeper was not done there as he saved another penalty from Ramos in the 80th minute, before Gerard Moreno eventually came to La Roja's rescue after snatching the equaliser in the 89th minute.

Sweden 2-1 Croatia

Sweden claimed their first win in Group 3 with a 2-1 success over Croatia at the Friends Arena.

Dejan Kulusevski and Marcus Danielson got the goals for the home side in the first half, while Croatia got their consolation through a Danielson own goal on 81 minutes.
