England finished off their UEFA Nations League group stage campaign in fine style with a 4-0 thumping of Iceland as Phil Foden grabbed a brace and an assist.
It was a feisty opening to the match with both Birkir Saevarsson and Kyle Walker picking up yellow cards in the opening ten quarter of an hour.
The Three Lions took the lead in the 20th minute. Ben Foden dinked the free-kick into a fantastic position and Declan Rice nodded it across goal and into the bottom right corner.
England were looking confident. Jack Grealish got into a good position down the left and cut back for Bukayo Saka, who went for the bottom corner but Ogmundur Kristinsson made the save. Saka was offered a second bite of the cherry by Harry Kane shortly after but fired wide.
The game already looked over as a contest when England doubled their lead in the 24th minute. Kane found Mason Mount in the box, who kept his cool to glide past a defender and roll the ball calmly underneath Kristinsson.
On the half-hour mark, England switched the play quickly to find Maguire, who found Foden free at the far post, who took a touch and fired straight at Kristinsson.
Iceland's right-back Saevarsson earned himself a second yellow card and an early shower for tripping Saka just outside the penalty area in the 54th minute.
Foden got his name on the scoresheet in the 80th minute, sweeping a left-footed shot into the bottom right corner from inside the box after Jadon Sancho provided the assist.
The Man City midfielder grabbed his second goal of the game, darting inside and firing low past substitue goalkeeper Hannes Halldorsson four minutes later to put the icing on the cake.
