It appears that Romelu Lukaku has found a new club for the 2023/24 season after he returned to Chelsea in June.

The 30-year-old has been linked with a host of clubs in Europe after his loan at Inter Milan came to an end following the previous campaign.
Lukaku returned to his parent side Chelsea, but was expected to head back to the Nerazzurri until rumours emerged that he was open to joining Juventus.
The Belgium international's proposed moves to both teams, however, fell through, seemingly leaving the Blues unable to shift the ex-Manchester United forward on permanently before the window slams shut.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the left-footed forward is now closing in on a loan transfer to Roma, where he would be reunited with Jose Mourinho.

The Italian claims the agreement will not include a clause stipulating that Roma will need to make the deal permanent.

Lukaku rejoined Chelsea in a big-money return in 2021 from Inter, but has found himself unwanted by the London club ever since his high-profile fallout with their former manager Thomas Tuchel.
