Seven players in Europe's top five leagues have now scored at least 20 goals this season, and, while Cristiano Ronaldo is not one of them, Lionel Messi tops the European Golden Shoe ranking.

The Argentine scored in his fifth successive game after netting late in FC Barcelona's 2-0 win over Atletico Madrid on Saturday. Messi has now scored eight goals in his past five LaLiga games, and 33 over all in the Spanish top flight in 2018/19.
Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappe's seven-match scoring streak in Ligue 1 ended after he was rested and only came off the bench in Paris Saint-Germain's 2-2 draw with Strasbourg on Sunday. The France star remains on 27 league goals for the campaign, six less than Messi.
Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski was the star of the show as the Bavarians thumped title rivals Borussia Dortmund 5-0 to go ahead of the Black and Yellows in the Bundesliga table. The Poland talisman scored a brace to take his overall tally to 21 league goals in 2018/19, and also became the first foreign player to score 200 goals in Germany's top division.
Krzysztof Piatek and Fabio Quagliarella also sit on 21 league strikes this season, while Luis Suarez and Duvan Zapata complete the seven players who have netted at least 20 league goals in this campaign.

Ronaldo, who has missed Juventus' past five Serie A games, remains on 19 league goals in 2018/19.
