Chelsea and Spain forward Diego Costa has spilled the beans on Gerard Pique and Sergio Ramos' relationship.
Arsenal Abandon Contract Talks With Sanchez Ozil
The Real Madrid and FC Barcelona stars have been involved in heated debates over the years, but this never seems to affect them when they are together on national team duty.
In a recent interview with a Spanish radio station, Costa spoke of the pair's relationship, and revealed that they are actually very good friends.
"Sergio Ramos and Gerard Pique love each other!" the striker told Cadena Ser.
Speaking ahead of Spain's FIFA World Cup qualifier against Israel, Ramos admitted that he was looking forward to seeing Pique.
"It's the way it is between Real Madrid and Barcelona, and that will not change," the 30-year-old said.
"Now, I will give him a hug. We have become accustomed to throwing stones, but we take it without malice and it is always healthy.
"That serves as something for you to sell. The key is the unity in the team, and that cannot be lost."
