With the 2025/26 season fast-approaching and teams working hard at pre-season to ensure they are match-fit for the new season, the kit manufacturers are working tirelessly to ensure teams are kitted out at their best for next season.
So far we have already witnessed a host of top teams across the world release their kits for the new season. Kaizer Chiefs released their latest look from Kappa, while Adidas also released their latest Orlando Pirates kit in a long-standing relationship dating back to 1997, according to Football Kit Archive.
Outside of South Africa, several top European sides have released their new threads for the season. Arsenal and AS Roma have led the way with exciting releases for their home and away editions, while Barcelona went in a different direction with a gradient-style to their classic blue and red stripes.

Nike released their away kit for next season as part of a new collaboration with the late Kobe Bryant. The kit features the "Kobe Sheath logo" in place of the Nike swoosh and is a collaboration of Bryant's sporting values and Barça’s identity.
Adidas released a special kit for Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam with a design that marks Amsterdam’s 750th year. The kit features a banner on the back neck that reads “1275 2025 XXX”, representing the city’s founding date, the current anniversary year, and its Saint Andrew’s Crosses.
