The European transfer deadline day is underway with a host of clubs completing their final signings, and here are some of the deals that have already been confirmed.

Transfer deadline day marks one of the busiest days of the football calendar as clubs work tirelessly to secure deals and finalise their squads for the season.
Several deals have already been completed this past weekend, including Alejandro Garnacho's move from Manchester United to Chelsea, while Garnacho's former Man Utd teammate, Victor Lindelof, signed for Aston Villa. Liverpool's Kostas Tsimikas also secured a loan move to Italian Serie A side AS Roma.
With the transfer deadline now closing at 7 pm British Standard Time (8 pm South African Standard Time) instead of 11 pm BST (12 am SAST), teams are under greater pressure to get their deals done.
Liverpool have sealed the deal for Alexander Isak in a deal that cost between £125 - £130 million (R2,9 billion - R3,1 billion).
Manchester City are close to signing Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) shotstopper Gianluigi Donnarumma as a replacement for the outgoing Ederson, who is nearing a switch to Turkish giants Fenerbahçe.
