Mamelodi Sundowns coach Miguel Cardoso has given an indication that the club could go into the transfer market with three injury concerns in the squad at the moment.
Sundowns extended their unbeaten run in the Betway Premiership to five matches with a 1-0 victory over Stellenbosch FC on Saturday, but their squad is being tested with injuries hampering their progress.

The Tshwane giants may have signed attacking midfielder Katlego 'Tsiki' Ntshabeleng, but they could be in the market for new attackers due to the rising list of injuries in the team. After the victory over Stellies, Cardoso revealed three injury concerns for Sundowns.
"We lost Arthur Sales a little bit before we had planned. We knew that he would not last the match, but at half-time I had to take him out by injury. Unfortunately, (Siyabonga) Mabena had a setback on his knee, so we could not use Mabena and remember (Thapelo) Maseko is injured also. We have some issues regarding the players in the front. That's the market that we are working on to reinforce the team," Cardoso said to media after the match on Saturday.
Themba Zwane is also not available for Sundowns after picking up an injury a fortnight ago in the MTN8 clash against Orlando Pirates, so there are concerns in the attacking positions for the Tshwane giants.

Cardoso will be in discussions with sporting director Flemming Berg for new faces to come into the club, to ensure they have enough players to call on in the absence of those who are struggling with injury.
As revealed by TS Galaxy chairman Tim Sukazi last week, Sundowns are also looking at signing defender Khulumani Ndamane, so it could be a busy few weeks at Chloorkop before the window closes later this month.
