Los Blancos confirmed the arrival of Eder Militao from FC Porto last week, with the Brazilian centre-back set to join the club after the 2018/19 season.
However, the Militao transfer is only the beginning of Zidane's expected squad overhaul. The Spanish giants are pushing ahead to get other big-name targets, and reportedly submitted a first offer for Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard last week.
According to the Daily Record, the Blues rejected Real's bid and want €100 million (R1.64 billion) for the Belgium international, who has only one year left on his contract after the current season.

Hazard once again spoke about the transfer rumours involving him recently, saying he is only focusing on Chelsea for the rest of the campaign.
"At the moment, there's nobody waiting for me. We still have two important months with Chelsea," he said, as quoted by the Metro.
"We can win the Europa League. We have to win the Europa League or we have to finish in the top four to play in the Champions League.
"I am only thinking about that (last two months with Chelsea), not about what might happen in two, three, four months. I don't know. We will see."
