Last week, Rodgers put an end to speculation linking him with the vacant Arsenal job when he signed a new five-and-a-half-year deal with Leicester. In terms of his new contract, the former Liverpool and Celtic boss will reportedly earn about £192 000 (R3.6 million) a week, making him the third-highest paid manager in England.
According to British website GiveMeSport, Manchester City's Pep Guardiola is the league's highest-earning manager, with the Spaniard taking home an incredible figure of £385 000 (R7.4 million) a week with the reigning Premier League champions.

The former FC Barcelona boss is followed by rival Jose Mourinho, who was recently appointed as Tottenham Hotspur's manager following Mauricio Pochettino's sacking, and who earns a reported weekly salary of £288 000 (R5.5 million).
Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp and Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer complete the top five, with both managers reportedly earning around £145 000 (R2.7 million) per week at their respective clubs.
