With Mohamed Salah in the final months of his current deal at Liverpool, the Egyptian attacker is reportedly expected to receive an astronomical contract offer to tempt him away from Anfield.

The Reds' prolific winger has started yet another season at Merseyside in fine form. The 32-year-old already has five goals and four assists in his opening eight matches in all competitions.
However, this may very well be the last campaign in which the Anfield faithful get to bear witness to their talismanic winger's heroics as he is in the final year of his contract and there are no indications that negotiations over a new deal have been discussed.
Saudi Arabia is reportedly looking to take advantage of his situation at Liverpool. The country's Public Investment Fund (PIF) has tried to lure the two-time CAF Men's Player of the Year to the Middle East nation in the past, but the English giants rebuffed all offers back then.
Now, it is out of club's hands as, soon enough, the legendary forward will be able to sign a pre-contract with any foreign club of his choosing should he insist on not extending his stay with Liverpool.
According to CaughtOffside, the PIF is planning to offer Salah a two-year contract, with an option for a further year, to join the Saudi top division, and are also planning to give him astronomical wages too.
In the coming weeks, a formal offer is expected to be made to the Egyptian's representatives, with the same report claiming that optimism is high at the PIF that Salah will be playing for one of their clubs come the 2025/26 season.

Al Ittihad, who have previously been linked with the three-time Premier League Golden Boot winner, are believed to be the frontrunners to sign the forward. However, the other clubs the PIF own in the Saudi Pro League, namely Al Nassr, Al Hilal and Al Ahli, could also offer potential landing spots for the African superstar.
