The 2019/20 PFA Premier League Team of the Year was named on Tuesday night. Not a single Manchester United player made the cut, and neither did Liverpool's Mohamed Salah.

Five Liverpool players were named in the side, but there no was place for Egypt forward Salah, despite the 28-year-old scoring more goals than Sadio Mane, who was named in the selection, last season.
The former Roma player found the back of the net on 19 occasions, one more than his colleague, and registered three more assists than the Senegal international did in the 2019/20 Premier League campaign too.
No United players were deemed good enough for the PFA's team of the season, and neither was Southampton's Danny Ings, who finished the league campaign level on goals with Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was named in the XI.
There were no surprises at the inclusion of Manchester City playmaker and PFA Players' Player of the Year Kevin De Bruyne, nor by Leicester City's Jamie Vardy, who won last season's Premier League Golden Boot.
