Having spent the early parts of his career with Orlando Pirates and Baroka, Munetsi moved to Ligue 1 in France with Stade Reims and, after five successful years, made a switch to the Premier League.
The Zimbabwean spent the second half of the campaign with Wolves, scoring two goals in 16 games as he helped the Old Gold avoid relegation.
Ahead of the new season, the 29-year-old is expected to play a bigger role following the departure of Matheus Cunha to Manchester United for £62.5 million (R1.5 billion).
In an interview with the club, Munetsi discussed the importance of religion and prayer and how it motivates him after losses.
The ex-Orlando Pirates player said his family and background are key ways to stay humble after victories since making his big move to England.
"For me, my background is what keeps me humble," Munetsi said, via the club's media department.

He added: "I know where I’ve come from, so nothing else gets me high. I’ve always tried to live my life in the humblest and simplest way because tomorrow is never promised or guaranteed. Having people around you who also remind you of where you’re coming from and where you want to go, is the most important thing in life."
