Ahead of tonight's Betway Premiership clash against Richards Bay, Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the arrival of their latest signing.
Amakhosi have been busy behind the scenes trying to bring in Etiosa Ighodaro. They had hoped to secure his signature, but there was a bit of a delay. The wait is finally over, as they confirmed the signing of the striker who was on the books of Mamelodi Sundowns.

The Soweto giants are determined to challenge for honours this season after breaking their 10-year trophy drought not so long ago and they have shown this by bringing in new faces to bolster the team. Ighodaro is a solid addition upfront, given how well he has done whenever he was sent out on loan by his former club Sundowns.
Ighodaro never got to play an official match for Sundowns. He was sent out on loan to four different clubs, playing for University of Pretoria, Chippa United, SuperSport United and then AmaZulu.
He finally has a place he can call home now and will be hoping to make mark for Amakhosi, who have made a good start to the season with two Betway Premiership victories in as many matches. The Nigerian will wear jersey number 50.
