Wydad Athletic Club's president is reportedly being pressured to make more signings urgently in a certain area of the pitch.

Rulani Mokwena's pre-season got off to a brilliant start as Wydad won their first friendly against Tanzanian side Azam FC 4-1. However, his second warm-up match did not go according to plan.
The Moroccan side drew 1-1 against fellow Botola Pro Inwi outfit Zemamra, and while the 37-year-old may have been pleased with certain aspects of his team's performances, it seems he was not entirely happy with their display in front of goal.
It was rumoured earlier this week that the South African tactician was eager to recruit a striker from abroad, and according to Kooora, the 37-year-old seems to have doubled down on this request as he is believed to be urging club president Hicham Ait Menna to sign some attackers speedily.

Most of the Red Castle's recruitment thus far has been premised around strengthening their defence, but the same report states that the former Orlando Pirates boss is now hurrying the Wydad chiefs to sign attackers.
It is believed the three-time African champions have been relying mainly on Hamza Sakhi and Sidi Bouna Amar in attack so far, but it looks as though Mokwena wants more additions in attack before the commencement of the league season.

The Casablanca-based side has been linked with a plethora of forwards in this transfer window, from Esperance de Tunis' Oussema Bouguerra to Italy international Mario Balotelli and Le Havre's Nassim Chadli, but which, if any, of them make their way to Wydad remains to be seen.
