Like Masandawana, the Red Devils travelled to Tanzania to play the first leg of their CAFCL quarter-final this past weekend.
The Club of the Century were the first to play of the two, managing to edge out Simba SC 1-0 at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
Although Young Africans and Ka Bo Yellow are on the opposite side of the tournament draw, this did not stop Ahly boss Marcel Koller from tuning into the encounter, with the Swiss tactician taking to Instagram to post a picture of himself with the 0-0 draw between Yanga and Sundowns playing on his television.
He captioned the post: "Did you also see the game?"

The record African champions were the only team to score and grab a victory during the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals this past weekend, and according to Kooora, Koller gave his players a 48-hour rest for this accomplishment.

Despite the former Austria boss placing a keen eye on the match Masandawana and Yanga, his Ahly side will be going up against either TP Mazembe or Petro de Luanda in the semi-finals if they successfully navigate their return continental match-up against the Reds of Msimbazi.
