The story
The annual Soccer Laduma Readers' Player of the Season campaign, powered by Hollywoodbets, has returned, giving supporters the chance to celebrate this season's standout performers, including Relebohile Mofokeng.
Soccer Laduma's editorial team selected Mofokeng among 20 other exceptional Betway Premiership talents who defined the 24/25 season. Voters also stand a chance to win their share of R50,000 in cash.
The 20-year-old has produced the goods for the Buccaneers in his second full season, making 44 appearances and producing a staggering 25 goal contributions in all competitions.
He may be producing mature, match-defining performances on the pitch for the Sea Robbers, but off it, his youthful exuberance and banter remain prominent.
In a 'Read My Lips' challenge with his Pirates teammates, Mofokeng was tasked with guessing the words Mbekezeli Mbokazi read out, such as "Rand Stadium", "Black Label", and "Moses Mabhida Stadium."
The baller was able to figure out Mbokazi's words while wearing noise-cancelling headphones, guessing each one correctly and doing a little dance afterwards.
