The story
Thabang Monare is not only a consistent performer on the pitch but an infectious personality off it and fans were treated to a range of funny videos posted by the baller during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020 and 2021.
The 35-year-old midfielder, who's currently on the books at Sekhukhune United, was up there with Willard Katsande as the more entertaining content creators in SA football during the pandemic.
Monare's skits range from hypothetical scenarios of how people behaved during lockdown, to funny incidents that have happened on the pitch.
With almost 80 000 followers on TikTok, Monare doesn't share as many comedic videos as he did during the height of the pandemic, despite his most recent funny clip garnering more than 30 000 likes.
