Let's take a closer look at what Graham had to say...

Travis Graham visits Cape Town-based Primary School

The Cool Play programme, which has been doing plenty of work with the Zonnebloem Boys Primary School in Walmer Estate, had Travis Graham come through to chat with the impressionable young boys.

"It was an awesome day, I really really enjoyed it," says Graham who hopes the boys at the school are inspired to achieve their goals and dreams that have been set out for them.

The Cool Play NGO aims to inspire youngsters to make good choices and to develop in the healthiest way possible.

They are a sport development programme that does work in underprivileged communities in South Africa. They aim to provide a safe space after school for learners aged 5 – 18 to play.

The NGO also received positive feedback from Zonnebloem Boys for their work in Term 3, crediting the Cool Play for improving their sport and the behaviour of the boys.

With a successful person such as Travis Graham, the programme gives children access to positive adult role models that will empower them and push them to achieve to be the best they can be.

A naturally positive figure such as Graham is ideal for this type of work, always wearing a big smile on his face, the Maritzburg United baller surely left the school having inspired at least one child.
