The story
Bafana Bafana legend, Lucas Radebe, is easily one of South Africa's finest sporting exports, having played for two iconic clubs — Kaizer Chiefs and Leeds United, going on to captain and make 70 appearances for the national men's team.
The career he built for himself on the pitch has paved the way for countless brand opportunities and more for "Rhoo", with the fruits of his labour being shown on IG through his son, Ofentse "Primo 9teen" Baloyi.
Primo took to IG to share a short clip, a subtle flex if you will, of "car wash day" at the Radebe household, showing six cars in their front yard.
Radebe jokingly asked his children if they wanted to wash the cars, to which they quickly turned down, with Primo showing a purple Dodge Challenger, what appears to be a pre-2010 silver Porsche Carrera with a menacing silver Ford Mustang also being shown in his video.
It's not clear what model Rhoo's Dodge Challenger is, but the car is valued at around R1.4 million according to Auto Trader, with car website edmunds.com.
With Lucas Radebe having a big family, it's no surprise to see a couple of Volkswagen Transporter cars, with the 2024 models currently sitting at just over R1.2 million.
