Chiefs Bring Big Names To Blockbuster Clash

A popular Amapiano DJ duo are set to bring the house down when Kaizer Chiefs take on Mamelodi Sundowns in a blockbuster DStv Premiership clash.

The story

"Wena Dali" hitmakers Murumba Pitch will be taking to the FNB Stadium tonight for a half-time show when Kaizer Chiefs host league champions-elect, Mamelodi Sundowns.

A win against Kaizer Chiefs will secure Masandawana their seventh consecutive DStv Premiership title, as Rulani Mokwena's team has displayed exceptional form throughout the season, remaining unbeaten in the league so far.

While Sundowns are on the verge of another league triumph, Amakhosi face the risk of missing out on next season's MTN8 tournament if they succumb to their 11th defeat of the season.

Both sets of fans will be eager for what promises to be a mouthwatering clash and will be entertained by Amapiano and Afro House duo, Murumba Pitch.

Kaizer Chiefs Twitter/X account revealed that Murumba Pitch will be performing their major hit, "Wena Dali" alongside vocalist, Dinky Kunene, during a half-time show.

Murumba Pitch will hope to entertain a packed stadium at the Calabash, similarly to Kwaito legends TKZee who performed during half-time at the Soweto Derby in March.

Supporters at the stadium as well as viewers will recognise Murumba Pitch for hits such as "eWallet," "Hamba Juba," and "Yonakele;" while also collaborating with the likes of; Kabza De Small, Russell Zuma, DJ Stokie, Kelvin Momo, Deep London as well as MORDA and Oscar Mbo's summer hit: "Mohigan Sun."
