What's the story?

The CAF Awards, one of the biggest nights on the African football calendar took place in Marrakesh, Morocco on Monday.

The likes of Siphiwe Tshabalala, Desiree Ellis (Women's Coach of the Year winner), Janine van Wyk, Jerry Tshabalala, Lebo Ramalepe, Andile Dlamini and CAF President Patrice Motsepe all represented South Africa with aplomb on the night.

Sundowns Ladies walked away with the Women's Club of the Year, and Banyana Banyana stars Ramalepe and Dlamini got suited up as well, the latter opted for a baggy grey suit, with the latter styling in an all-black suit and a black turtle neck.

The big winners on the night were Nigerian stars Victor Osimhen, who walked away with the Men's African Footballer of the Year and Asisast Oshoala, who claimed her record sixth African Women's Footballer of the Year crown.

The Super Eagles both, aptly, wore green on the night. Napoli's Osimhen showed up in a tuxedo, with a green velvet blazer. At the same time, Barcelona's Oshoala made quite the fashion statement as she paired her green blazer with a matching skirt and beret!
