Kaizer Chiefs are expected to look at players who would continue to improve their team going into next season and beyond.
As they release players, they should also be looking at adding quality to the team and speculation is rife that they have renewed interest in DR Congo international midfielder Fabrice Ngoma.

In the past, Amakhosi were linked to the 29-year-old Al Hilal midfielder but they could not sign him at that time. He joined the Sudanese side in January when a move to Naturena was reportedly a possibility.
Now, Siya sources close to the player and the team have indicated that the former Raja Casablanca midfielder could be back on Chiefs' radar.
The source discussed the potential aim of Chiefs bringing Ngoma on board for this coming season.
"They (Chiefs) feel that they need an experienced midfielder to help the youngsters, and since Cole Alexander will be leaving the team and Siyethemba Sithebe has not been reliable (in terms of performance) for the technical team, so they have renewed interest in (Fabrice) Ngoma.
"He is experienced and has international exposure. They are not sure if Al Hilal will release him easily because he only joined them in January, but it could still happen.
"They are working hard already for next season. Let's just wait and see what will happen with Ngoma," the source observed.
Chiefs' communication department did not respond when contacted for comment.
