Having recently been promoted to the Premier League, Bafana Bafana striker Lyle Foster reveals the advice he received from Benni McCarthy, a man who has featured more than 150 times in the toughest league in the world.

Foster recently joined an elite list of 14 South African players to feature in the Premier League following Burnley's promotion from the English Championship.
At least twice next season, the 22-year-old will be on opposite ends of the field against McCarthy, who is the Manchester United forward coach.
Bafana Bafana's all-time leading scorer recently extended an olive branch to his young counterpart and advised him on just what to expect in the Premier League having experienced it as both a player and a coach.
"Just yesterday I was on the phone with Benni, and we had a lengthy conversation, he was just telling me about the intensity and demands of the Premier League, having played there and coaching there now. He knows in the Championship we have games running Tuesdays and Saturdays it's quite intense, but in the Premier League it's not as hectic but the intensity is 10 times more," he told MSW on 94.7.
"He did tell me it is the best league in the world and now that I am off, I should relax, enjoy and obviously train very hard and prepare myself mentally for the Premier League.
"He offered a nice arm and said whenever I feel like visiting him, I can come around to his house. We don't stay too far from one another, and I was taken aback and really amazed," Foster concluded.
Foster recently returned to South Africa where he will enjoy some downtime following a taxing season in which he made a record transfer to the English outfit from KVC Westerlo in Belgium.
