Under-fire manager Jurgen Klopp has responded to rumours he could leave Liverpool amid the team's torrid run of form in the Premier League.
'Four Liverpool Stars Klopp Should Be Concerned About'
Having failed to win 10 of their 18 league matches so far this season, pressure appears to be mounting on the 2018/19 UEFA Champions League-winning boss as fans demand better performances from the Reds.
This past weekend, Liverpool suffered a 3-0 defeat to Brighton Hove Albion in what was a second consecutive EPL loss and their sixth of the league campaign overall.
Klopp, who has a contract at the club until 2026, has insisted he will not be stepping aside during the Reds' struggles, suggesting he is ready to tackle the issues that his side faces over the coming months.
"At Dortmund, it was clear when I left I said 'something has to change here,'" he said, according to the Express.
"It was a different situation, but if you want it's similar. Either I go, the manager position changes or a lot of other things change. As far as I know, from what I hear, if nobody tells me, I will not go.
"So that means maybe there's a point where we have to change other stuff. We will see that. But again, it's something for the future, like the future in the summer, but not now.
"We cannot even think about it right now. I have some space and time to think about it but we have to play better football now."
Klopp was appointed by the Merseyside giants in 2015 following his departure from Borussia Dortmund earlier that year, and has since won every trophy available to him.
Liverpool will take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in an FA Cup replay on Tuesday night after drawing 2-2 with Julen Lopetegui's team in the first leg at Anfield.
