After Kaizer Chiefs came from a goal down to beat SuperSport United 2-1 at FNB Stadium on Saturday, Soccer Laduma looks at five key points to take from what was only their third DStv Premiership win of the campaign.

Amakhosi went into the game after failing to register a victory in their previous three matches, but managed to get a victory which put them in ninth place going into the international break

Soccer Laduma looks at five key points from the match:

Chiefs stronger at home

Amakhosi have collected 10 of their 11 points this season at home, winning three matches on home soil and drawing the other. While it was not the most convincing of performances against SuperSport on Saturday, Amakhosi showed that they have the ability to fight back when playing in their backyard.

Blom is a key player for Zwane

The last few weeks have been topsy-turvy for Blom at Naturena, but his return to the starting line-up was a clear indication that he remains one of Zwane's key players. Playing in midfield, Blom was able to give his midfield parts Yusuf Maart and Siyethemba Sithebe a bit more freedom to get forward. His versatility is also important for Amakhosi.

Bimenyimana shows promising signs

Burundian striker Bonfils Caleb Bimenyimana missed some opportunities and struggled with his first touch at times, but showed good confidence to step up to take the penalty and the game's winner after he had equalized for the Soweto giants.

Dove needs time

Mozambican defender Dove Edmilson had a few shaky moments in defence, in what was his first start for the Soweto giants. It was clear that he needs a few more matches before settling in.

Defence remains a concern

Zwane would no doubt have celebrated the victory, but the Amakhosi defence is nowhere near solidified. Zwane looks as though he is still trying to find his best back four.
