Siya Sources have confirmed that the former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder has joined the ambitious club.
Sundowns released Monama in 2014 and then moved to Polokwane City in the 2014/2015 season, where he made nine appearances for Rise and Shine.
Eagles have already signed former Kaizer Chiefs striker, Katlego Mphela, and former Orlando Pirates winger, Khethokwakhe Masuku, as they look to secure promotion to the Premier Soccer League.
Royal Eagles are presently 13th in the NFD standings, after just two encounters.
