Ngcobo Attracts Interest from Sekhukhune

Xolani Ngcobo of Royal AM FC during the Betway Premiership 2024/25 match between Royal AM and Polokwane City at Harry Gwala Stadium in Pietermaritzburg on 30 October 2024

Royal AM goalkeeper Xolani Ngcobo has emerged as a transfer target for Sekhukhune United following his impressive performances earlier this season, the Siya crew has learnt.

The 31-year-old shot-stopper featured in 10 matches across all competitions before Royal AM's fixtures were suspended by the PSL in January.

Ngcobo, who has previously played for Baroka FC and Free State Stars among other clubs, has gained recognition for his commanding presence between the posts.

His experience and consistency have reportedly drawn the attention of Sekhukhune, who are looking to strengthen their squad.

With Royal AM's uncertain situation, a potential move to Sekhukhune could offer Ngcobo the opportunity to continue playing at the highest level.

His agility, shot-stopping ability, and leadership skills make him an asset for any club in the Betway Premiership.
