Chiefs Planning Saile's Future Already

Even though Saile's loan includes a buyout option, SuperSport United have not decided to sign him permanently yet because his stint only started there recently, prompting Amakhosi to explore other potential options.

A Siya source stated that Chiefs have communicated with Saile's representatives, indicating they should seek for solutions next season.

"Yes, it was a loan with the option to buy as you should know that with that it's SuperSport United who will make the decision whether they are impressed with the player or not. But now Chiefs are apparently believed to have communicated with Saile's representation that they can start looking for a team for him for next season," said the Siya source.

"Chiefs have apparently made it clear that he won't be coming back to Naturena after his loan deal expires," the insider added.

A second insider mentioned that if no club steps forward to sign Saile permanently, Chiefs may even consider a mutual contract termination.

"His contract runs until June 2026. He is still a Chiefs player and they have decided that if no team buys him then they can amicable part ways and terminate his contract," the second insider observed.

The 25-year-old Saile joined Chiefs from Nchanga Rangers in Zambia, featuring significantly last season. This season, he played a few games for Amakhosi before being loaned to SuperSport United.

Soccer Laduma reached out to Chiefs for comment but received no response by publication time.

As Chiefs set their sights on reshaping their squad, Saile's potential permanent departure could open new opportunities for both parties. Saile will likely explore new prospects to continue his career and if he impresses at SuperSport, he could earn a permanent contract there.
