Free State Stars chairman Mike Mokoena's cause of death has been revealed.
The football fraternity is still in shock after the Premier Soccer League announced this morning (Wednesday) that Mokoena has passed away.
Tributes have been pouring in since PSL chairman Dr Irvin Khoza paid his respects to the Ea Lla Koto boss.
In a media statement on behalf of the family, family spokesperson Sophie Mokoena has revealed the cause of death.
