Mamelodi Sundowns striker, Fiston Abdul Razak, has indicated that he is aiming to become the Brazilians' top goal scorer.

Razak scored one goal in Burundi's first leg 1-0 win over Seychelles in a World Cup qualifier, and both goals in their 2-0 second leg win.

The 24-year-old is hoping to convert his international form to club level. As yet he has been unable to open his account in competitive fixtures for Downs.

Razak has made two substitute appearances, against Platinum Stars and Golden Arrows respectively, before suffering an ankle injury in training. The Burundian is confident he is fit and ready to play and is hoping that coach Pitso Mosimane gives him a run out.

"I am feeling good. I scored in both our national team matches. It was a great experience, and will go a long way to give me the confidence to take on all comers," Razak said on Downs' official website.

"I am sure I can translate my national team performance to Sundowns.  I know I can play very well, and will certainly take my chance if given a chance by the coach.

"I am settling in very well, and everyone has made me feel comfortable at Sundowns. My target is to become the top goal scorer for Sundowns, and I will work hard to achieve this.

"It is not going to be easy, as there are great players at Sundowns with whom I will need to compete," he added.
