Chippa United To Approach Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila With Caution

Frederic Nsabiyumva

A Chippa United defender says the Eastern Cape outfit is cautious about the threat of their former teammates who are now with Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila ahead of their game against the Limpopo outfit this weekend.

The Chilli Boys will aim to return to winning on Sunday after losing 2-0 against Stellenbosch FC last weekend and defender Frederic Nsabiyumva is hoping to return to Lehlohonolo Seema's starting line-up after missing the game in the Mother City owing to an injury.

"The morale is high for the players, everyone is pushing, we're not like we are coming from a loss which was not good for us. We played against a good team in Stellenbosch and it wasn't an easy game. But I think the morale is there because we saw where we made mistakes, so we are looking forward to this coming game to correct those mistakes. The preparation has been good so far, it's not like I'm not 100% to look forward to this game but there's a big improvement regarding my injury," said Nsabiyumva, speaking to Chippa's media department.

"We saw the last game they (TTM) played, they won 1-0 and you can see that they are a good team. It's a team that we have to approach with (caution), we have to be careful. We can see that they are a good team that can play. They have players like Thabo Rakhale, skillful players. They have too many players there like Meshack Maphangule, it's not going to be an easy game, especially with those players that were playing here. Obviously, they will come to prove a point... not like proving a point but they will come with 100% (readiness). We have to be ready for that game," added the 25-year-old Burundian.

Rhulani Manzini is the third ex-Chippa player that Nsabiyumva has singled out as a danger man for TTM, as well as former Orlando Pirates striker Justin Shonga.
