Orlando Pirates goalkeeper, Brighton Mhlongo, was the star of the show during the Buccaneers' 4-3 penalty win over Kaizer Chiefs in the Carling Black Label Cup but recognises there is still room for improvement ahead of the looming 2015/16 campaign.

The 24-year-old received plaudits following his heroics in the CBL Cup, saving two penalties to help Pirates clinch the trophy after the game had ended 1-1 in regulation time.
The shot-stopper seems to be growing in confidence ahead of the 2015/16 campaign but is not getting carried away and realises that there is still a lot of room for improvement
"I know here and there I have made mistakes and that's part of the game. You know we all learn through mistakes! What is important is that after the mistake, I have to improve. You know, it is easy to see the mistake because they are the last line of defence and have no one to clear their mistakes."
"When strikers make mistakes, midfielders help them. If the midfield make mistakes, defenders are there to help them. When the defenders make mistakes, I'm there to help them but there is no one to help me when I make a mistake. But I have been working very hard to improve my game," Mhlongo said.

The Buccaneers officially start their 2015/16 campaign this evening when they host Ajax Cape Town at the Orlando Stadium in the MTN8.
