The DStv Premiership encounter between AmaZulu and Marumo Gallants has been abandoned due to a clash of the kit colours.

The clash was paused after nine minutes when the match officials complained about the kits being too similar on Wednesday afternoon.
With a compromise not found on the day, the referee made the decision to abandon the match.

"Only 9 minutes into the game and it has been decided that this afternoon's encounter will be postponed due to the clash of kit colors. Further details of the new fixture will be communicated soon," AmaZulu tweeted.
There was also no chance for the clash to continue into the evening as there are no lights at the King Zwelithini Stadium.
