Former SuperSport United defender, Dean Patricio has surfaced at Mamelodi Sundowns, ahead of the Brazilians' preparations for the new season.

The 22-year-old joined SuperSport through their academy and impressed enough to be offered a professional contract with the club in 2012.
Thereafter, the player with his promising talent travelled abroad and spent two years on loan with Dutch outfit, Pec Zwolle, before returning to Mzansi to join NFD side Vasco Da Gama last season.
The Siya crew can now confirm from a reliable source that the 22-year-old is currently on trial at Sundowns, aiming to impress the club's technical team.
"I can confirm that the player is training at Sundowns. We are optimistic and it seems as if the player is impressing," said the source.
Patricio has proven to be a versatile player, and is able to play at both at left-back and in the middle of the park.

The player is currently a free agent and would not be bound by the transfer window, which closes on August 31. With Masandawana continuing to bolster their squad, it remains to be seen if the defender will be part of Pitso Mosimane's plans for the 2016/17 campaign.
