What's the story?
Downs will no doubt look forward to completing yet another successful season in the PSL, given their 'team to beat' status in the South African game.
The Chloorkop side is currently the defending DStv Premiership champions, having won the league for four seasons in succession. As on one of their targets, it can be said that the club will in no doubt look to make their mark in the CAF Champions League, a trophy they claimed back in 2016 under the guidance of coach Pitso Mosimane.
Pre Season Grind
That being said, Sundowns took to their Tik Tok account where they uploaded a cool video of the team going about their training routines in pre-season camp.
Downs captioned their post by saying, "A week in the life of a Brazilian! Putting in the work for the new season!", with stars such as Kermit Erasmus, Themba Zwane, Thapelo Morena, Haashim Domingo and Andile Jali featured in their Tik Tok video.
