What's the story?
While Shalulile became one of the top prospects in the local game while plying his trade for Highlands Park, not many supporters saw his stock rise the way it did when he put pen to paper with the Chloorkop side ahead of the 20/21 season.

Among the star-studded Downs attack, Shalulile had the tough task of breaking into the starting XI and he did just so, keeping his spot in the team throughout the season.
As a result, Shalulile repaid the Downs coaching staff and the fans for their support by being a regular goal scorer for his new team.
22 Goals
Shalulile's leaping goal celebration was a feature for his gameplay last season as in 39 games, he managed to score an impressive 22 goals, a tally that is rarely seen in South African football these days.
Downs recently took to their official Tik Tok account where they uploaded a video of Shalulile scoring a memorable goal against Stellenbosch FC, followed by his popular celebration.
