Kaizer Chiefs head coach Molefi Ntseki dismissed the talks of Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana leaving the club this transfer window.
The lanky Burundian striker proved to be a misfit under Arthur Zwane at the back end of the 2022/23 season, despite being Amakhosi's top scorer in the league.
Ntseki confirmed that Bimenyimana is staying put at Chiefs this season and hopes he can turn things around.

"Yep, give him a fair chance, he did his job better than Khama, but still you wanted to keep him," says MjepaMjest.
"No surprise there, it's expected from these Chiefs coaches," says Blessingggcabashe9.
"It seems as though Chiefs is easily influenced these days. The talk of Zamalek has made them see value in the player?" questions Msanisto.
"When Wydad and Zamalek came knocking they thought is a good player. But truth is that he can only score penalties," responds Saavedra.
"The fact is he is scoring goals, of which it's the work of strikers," replies Khosilannete0.

Banyana Banyana got their first ever World Cup point in a dramatic 2-2 draw against Argentina in Dunedin.
South Africa's goals came curtesy of Linda Motlhalo and Thembi Kgatlana, with Desiree Ellis losing skipper Refiloe Jane to an injury in the first half.
Banyana led the Argentines 2-0 before the South American's staged a memorable comeback in the space of five minutes to keep their World Cup hopes alive.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "Banyana Clinch First World Cup Point Despite Late Collapse" story:
"South African players lack a character of being resilient against all odds, which from time-to-time is required if you're going to be the real champion," says Wintervme.
"That Swart goalkeeper is the weakest link on this team. I still believe though, we will qualify by beating Italy," says Rio Da Khosi.
"We're not going to qualify here, we have failed. The first match is where we blundered," says mzizimike25.
"I think our girls played very well, it's just that they couldn't handle pressure in the second-half, we were caught sleeping, and again our goalkeeper doesn't know how to go out and punch the ball, so we need to work on that too.
"Second half, we are leading 2-0, why didn't our coach defend with every defender on the bench??" asks mncedisisithole78.
"The goalkeeper is not fit and poor at defending," says lawrence.ramalwa.
"In all games they play, they are only good for 60 minutes. Why is Noko Matlou not playing?" asks Clever boys.
"Even if these girls can crash out in group stages, I love them with all of my heart... they can pull off the greatest fight of them all.
"We must fire our fitness trainer at the airport, on their arrival because s/he's useless. We always lose the steam towards the end.
"Personally, I'm proud of Banyana Banyana and yes, there's room for improvement," says Ghettovillage411.
"I said it before and I'm saying it again, technically, Banyana are the best team in World Cup, but as usual even in their AFCON triumph, they always lose energy in second half.
"I don't know if it's only me who sees this," says Pgyakeni.
"Heads up girls, you played your socks off, many lessons learnt in this game going forward," says Vincyk.
"I blame Ellis and Swart here. How do you lose a two-goal lead just like that? We were supposed to win this game, it was in the bag. What a waste of my sleep...nx!" says Gcugcwastan.
"What is happening with our number 1 keeper Dlamini who won the golden glove of WAFCON?" asks Charmain.sihlangu.
