'Shabba Must End His Playing Days At Naturena'

'Shabba Must End His Playing Days At Naturena'

Siphiwe "Shabba" Tshabalala is one of the longest-serving Kaizer Chiefs players, and has played a vital role in the club's success over the years. His contribution to Amakhosi has seen the team clinch more than one league title and many more cups.

With his contract with the club nearing its end, the Siya crew gave Supporters Club members the opportunity to share their views on whether or not they feel the 33-year old should be given another contract at Naturena.

Here's what some of our members had to say:

"No doubt he deserves it. He is a great player and an engine to Kaizer Chiefs. He is a natural." – Dangerous when provoked

"Shabba is a loyal member of the Kaizer Chiefs family. Two-time league winner with the club and many other cups. He is a Chiefs legend, and has spent many years at Chiefs. Khosi for life and beyond the grave." – dr ss zondi

"He deserves it, he is still a good player with an ability to score and create more chances for strikers to score." – MSANDROTIC

"I think he deserves a new deal. He is truly special." – jazzman89

"We don''t have to question that. We all know how good Shabba he is. Players like Shabba deserve long-term contracts in the team. Actually, he must end his playing days at Chiefs with a big smile." – tebogo gm mahlaba

"Give Shabba two more seasons, he deserves it." – Faysal

Do you think Shabba should retire at Naturena?
