Bafana Bafana will fine-tune preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers when they host Namibia in an international friendly on Saturday afternoon.

Bafana completed their Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers group schedule on a high note after beating Morocco 2-1 thanks to an own goal by Munir Mohamedi and another by Zakhele Lepasa.

Morocco, however, just one point behind Bafana, will have a chance to finish top of the section when they play their last game against Liberia later in the evening (both Bafana and the Atlas Lions have qualified for next year's AFCON).

Broos is preparing the team for the World Cup qualifiers which will start in November and also for the AFCON tournament in January.

Namibia, meanwhile, have also completed their AFCON qualifiers group games, sitting at the top of Group C by one point despite a 3-2 defeat to Burundi.

The Brave Warriors will await the outcome of the final game in the group on Tuesday between Cameroon and Burundi which will determine whether they qualify for the AFCON or not.

The last time the sides met was in this year's COSAFA Cup group stages, where they played to a 1-1 draw after Rowan Human cancelled out an opener for Namibia by Elmo Kambindu.

The Brave Warriors are yet to beat Bafana in any official game.

Here's how they line up:

South Africa: Mothwa, Monyane, Xulu, Sibisi, Maela, Sithole, Aubaas, Margeman, Saleng, Kodisang, Foster

Subs: Goss, Mobbie, Kekana, Modiba, Mvala, Mmodi, Mbunjana, Mayambela, Tau, Lepasa, Mothiba
