Bafana did not play any Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers last month and started preparations for the tournament in January next year with two friendlies, as they were held to a goalless draw by Namibia and edged Democratic Republic of Congo 1-0, both at Orlando Stadium.
Hugo Broos' charges are also preparing for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, where they play against Benin and Rwanda in November, at home and away respectively.
Eswatini, meanwhile, were involved in AFCON qualifiers action last month, as they ended their Group B campaign with a goalless draw against Burkina Faso.
Sihlangu Semnikati finished bottom of their section with three points, all coming from draws.
The last time the sides clashed was in the COSAFA Cup in July this year, where Bafana came from behind to edge Eswatini 2-1 courtesy of a brace by Tshegofatso Mabasa, as they booked their spot in the semi-finals.
Bafana will face AFCON hosts Ivory Coast next Tuesday in Abidjan in their second international friendly.
Here's how they line up:
South Africa: Mothwa, Mobbie, Xulu, Sibisi, Modiba, Mokoena, Blom, Zwane, Mayo, Mayambela, Foster
Subs: Goss, Hlongwane, Kekana, Mthethwa, Williams, Mdantsane, Mako, Lepasa, Mvala, Mudau, Mothiba, Sithole
