Richards Bay were knocked out of the Nedbank Cup in the first round after a narrow 3-2 loss to defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns almost two weeks ago.

The Natal Rich Boyz were winless in three consecutive league games prior to their defeat against Sundowns and have since dropped down to fourth on the table.

As for Sekhukhune, they cruised to the round of 16 of the Nedbank Cup after drubbing fourth-tier side Liver Brothers 6-0 ten days ago.

However, Babina Noko will be looking to avoid a third straight defeat in the league after losses against the Brazilians and Marumo Gallants.

Brandon Truter's charges are lying seventh on the table and will be looking to remain in the top eight.

Richards Bay will have a chance to complete a league double over Sekhukhune for the first time after edging them 1-0 in the early stages of the season.
