Orlando Pirates will be gunning for a spot in the CAF Champions League group stage play-offs when they host CS Disciples in the first preliminary round, second-leg on Friday evening.

Pirates could not get an all important away goal in the first-leg after a goalless draw in Mauricio last weekend.
The Buccaneers will be looking to complete the job at home, after they also had a scare against Comoros outfit Djabal Club last season at this stage, where they won only 1-0 away but had a 3-0 victory in the return leg at Orlando Stadium.
The Soweto giants were knocked out in the second preliminary round last term, on penalties by Jwaneng Galaxy, after a 1-1 draw on aggregate.
Disciples, on the other hand, will be motivated to pull off a major upset, especially if they get an away goal, which counts double in case of a score draw.
The Madagascan side were knocked out in the first round in 2018 after a 2-1 aggregate defeat to FC Platinum, the last time they were in the tournament, under their previous name, CNaPS Sport.
The winner of the encounter on aggregate will face the victor between Jwaneng Galaxy and African Stars of Namibia.
