Hertha Berlin will face off against Liverpool in a club friendly on Saturday, July 29. The Reds are in good pre-season form and will be looking to continue their winning streak, however having not faced Hertha Berlin in the past, they will be battling out against an unfamiliar side.

Portuguese club, Benfica will play against Arsenal. The Gunners will be hoping to take their winning form into this match as Benfica have been inconsistent during their pre-season fixtures.

Monaco and Paris Saint Germain will lock horns and the two sides will battle for silverware in the Champions Cup final, with PSG coming into the game in better form as compared to their opponents.

The El Clasico will take place this weekend as Real Madrid take on Barcelona in Miami. The Catalans go into this pre-season fixture with an advantage as they are in a better form as compared to their rivals.

Hertha Berlin v Liverpool (club friendly)

2016/17 league rankings: Berlin 6th (Bundesliga) Liverpool 4th (Premier League)

Useful facts:  Hertha are on a run of four wins, while Liverpool hasn't tasted defeat in nine games. However, they are not familiar opponents, having never met before. Jurgen Klopp, on the other hand, will be more familiar with them, having taken on the capital city team earlier in his career in the Bundesliga.

Helman Mkhalele: I'll go with Liverpool.

Arsenal v Benfica (club friendly)

2016/17 league rankings: Arsenal 5th (Premier League) Benfica 1st (Portuguese Liga NOS)

Useful facts: The Gunners have won five of their last six, while the Portuguese giants have lost two of their last three and have conceded in all of those games. Arsene Wenger has an advantage over his opponents in recent history, last playing against them in an Emirates Cup game in 2014, where Arsenal won 5-1.

Helman Mkhalele: I'll go with Arsenal on this one.

Monaco v Paris St Germain (Trophee des Champions)

2016/17 league rankings: Monaco 1st PSG 2nd (Ligue 1)

Useful facts: The first piece of silverware is up for grabs after Monaco disrupted PSG's hegemony in France, as the league champions take on the cup winners. However, Monaco's preseason did not run very smoothly, with just two wins in their last six, while PSG has four in that timeframe. Another concern for the league champions is that they lost 5-0 to the Parisians in the cup final and 4-1 in the meeting prior to that in the league cup.

Helman Mkhalele: I'll give it to PSG.

Real Madrid v Barcelona (club friendly)

2016/17 league rankings: Real Madrid 1st Barcelona 2nd (La Liga)

Useful facts: Already dubbed the "Miami Clasico", this will be just the second meeting outside of Spain between these two giants of the game. Barcelona has a clear advantage, in terms of continuity, with Real losing their first preseason game against Manchester United, while the Catalans have won all of their last six in all competitions. Barca has also won three of their last five against the reigning European and La Liga champions.

Helman Mkhalele: Barcelona
