On Friday, June 9, Brazil will face off against Argentina. The Brazilians will be looking to continue their winning streak against an Argentine team that have recently found some good form.

Sweden will battle out against France in the first round of the World Cup qualifiers on Friday. The French team have won 16 out of their last 17 matches, however, their opponents have been in good form this year and will be hoping to dent Les Bleus chances for the World Cup.

Baroka FC will host Stellenbosch in South African promotion playoffs on Saturday, June 10. In their previous encounter, Bakgaga held the Cape-side to a 2-all draw in an away fixture. Both sides will be seeking to secure a win to increase their chances of a spot in the PSL.

Scotland will be looking to secure a win in their World Cup qualifier encounter against England. This match will be a tough task for the Scottish side as they face off against an English team that is in fine form.

Brazil v Argentina (International friendly)

FIFA rankings: Brazil 1st Argentina 2nd

Useful facts: With Brazil winning all of their last five games, it's a different story for an Argentinean team that has seen better days and has lost three in that timeframe. Furthermore, in this historic fixture, it has been Brazil that has dominated over the last 25 games, with 16 wins to five in their favour over the years.

Roger de Sa: Never a draw. Argentina will win.

Sweden v France (World Cup qualifier)

FIFA rankings: Sweden 34th France 6th

Useful facts: Sweden is going to have a tough time adapting to life without Zlatan Ibrahimovic as they come up against a French team that lost just one of their 17 games in 2016. The Swedes, who failed to win any games at Euro 2016, have won three of their four games in the current calendar year, but have lost seven of their last 13 against France.

Roger de Sa: Draw

Baroka v Stellenbosch (Absa Premiership promotion play-off)

League rankings: Baroka 15th (Absa Premiership) Stellenbosch 3rd (NFD)

Useful facts: Following the 2-2 draw away from home last week, Baroka could come into this game at the top of the log, or at the bottom, depending on the result of their midweek match against Black Leopards. However, just one win from their last eight in all competitions doesn't bode well for Bakgaga, with Stellenbosch on a run of three games without a loss.

Roger de Sa: Stellenbosch looks good. I think it'll be a draw.

Scotland v England (World Cup qualifier)

FIFA rankings: Scotland 61st England 13th

Useful facts: A rivalry that is only significant on a historical level sees a Scottish team come up against a team that they have only beaten once since 1987 – a 1-0 win back in 1999. Five wins and six losses, including a 1-0 defeat to Georgia, from their last 15 encounters also shows that the small nation will have a tough time against their neighbours, who have won eight and lost just three in that timeframe.

Roger de Sa: England
