Pro Evolution Soccer may be one of the top football simulators in the world, but Konami's 2021 Season Update is still loaded with fake South African stars that rival the statistics of many actual players.
When assessing the top South African stars in the game, including MyClub, the second-highest rated 'South African' according to PES Master is K Deech, a 19-year-old centre-forward with an overall rating of 75. He is placed in WE United's squad in the fictional PAS League on PES.
Deech's stats see him level with Lebo Mothiba and Bongani Zungu. And as you dive deeper into the top-rated players in the game, you have to navigate through a number of unknown stars who all play for the fictional African team, Pleasure Horn, which is made up of mostly 'South Africans' along with a handful of 'Nigerian' players.
This is a fictional Hidden Club Team, only available in the Master League. Three stars from this fake team are within the top 10 rated South Africans on the game!
These made-up stars boast higher overall scores than the likes of Keagan Dolly, Gift Links and Darren Keet...
Like in FIFA 21, Percy Tau is the highest-rated star with an overall of 77.
