What's the story?

With FIFA 23 being will be the final instalment in EA Sports' FIFA series, a brand new game series titled EA Sports FC will usher in a new era in football gaming.

As was the norm in EA's FIFA era, leakers on Twitters continue to give the FIFA community insight into the US publisher's plan for an upcoming game and this time, a leaker seems to have dropped the release date for EA FC!

EA Sports FC release date leaked?

After EA Sports ended its 30-year-long partnership with FIFA, they've announced a new game EA Sports FC or EA FC for short, as its new game and the excitement for its arrival has been pulpable since last year.

EA FC 24 will reportedly be released Friday, 29 September 2023, according to the reliable gaming leaker, Twitter user @billbil_kun.

This leaked date is only a day earlier than the FIFA 23 release, with EA looking like they'll follow the release pattern of FIFA games in the past.

This leak also suggests that, just like we saw with the EA's FIFA series, the EA FC will have a number alongside the title, with the new game reportedly set to be called EA FC 24.

@billbil_kun's leak also revealed that the game will be available in Standard and Ultimate versions. 

Owners of the Ultimate version will get seven days early access ( It was only three days early for FIFA 23 ), allowing gamers to start playing as early as 22 September. 

Members of EA Play, EA's video game subscription service, should still receive early gameplay privilege's and could be getting around 10 hours of trial from the same date.
