After winning the division by six points, Orlando Pirates eSports star Zaid April dominated the Premier division of the Soccer Laduma League, powered by PUMA.
Topping the group, which featured 15 other budding FIFA competitors, Pirates_Zaid smashed in a total of 78 goals, while conceding 22.
He finished the group stages undefeated, with 15 wins from his 15 games, and has scored an average of over 5 goals per game!
He will be a firm favourite to contend for the incredible prizes on offer when the Grand Finals of the second season get underway, and will also be looking to join his fellow Pirates star, Pirates_Ubaid, who also starred in the Legends League.
Competition for the professional FIFA player was a little stiffer in the top division, with Pirates_Ubaid having to settle for third place in a tightly contested league.
Pavendren was the star of the show here, and although goals were hard to come by here, his 18 strikes were enough to secure 13 wins from 15 games.
The group stage winner bagged 39 points and was closely followed by Mafiswana and Pirates_Ubaid, who finished 3 points behind, both with 12 wins from their 15 games.
Look out for the results from the Grand Finals this weekend where the winners of R40 000 in prizes will be determined!
